Subject: [SPM] how to calculate region based corrected P value
hi,SPMers,
Can any one tell me how to calculate a region based corrected P value of an activation voxel or cluster? I have hypothesis on a small region (e.eg, amygdala) and i got activation in this region with uncorrected p<0.005. I want to know whether it can pass the corrected threshold.
thanks a lot for your kind help,
hengyi rao
