Dear SPM users
I am using the deformations toolbox in SPM2 and two questions arise.
There are the two parameters iterations and regularisation.
How can I decide whether the defaults(8 iterations, 4 regularisation)
are appropriate for my data? Only by visual inspection of the warped images?
There is also the warning message:
Warning: Ignoring hdr.hist.orient field of
"C:\AA_VBM_AN1792_DeformationToolbox\DeformationTest\Patient01_2002\T1_001.h
dr".

In spm_vol>subfunc1 at 62
In spm_vol>subfunc2 at 51

Generating uniform affine transformation field
Do I am right that I can ignore this warning without my data are
compromised?
Do I am right that only the orientation history will be ignored or could it
be that
also the coregistration parameters will also be ignored?
Thanks a lot in advance
Best regards
Juergen
