Hi Veronica,
So the problem is with the Analyze files (generated by MriCRo) and not
the NiFTI files? The only thing I can come up with is different origins
(eg, colin27 having an origin 50,50,50 and MNI152 having an origin
0,0,0). Can you view the Analyze files in MriCRo?
