Did you check, that you really can write to that file? Being administrator
is not enough if Windoze (I guess you are using this OS) is thinking -
even if that's not true - that e.g. another user or another SPM/Matlab
process is accessing the same file. Also, if the file is on a network
file system, there may be access restrictions.
