Hello SPMers,
I have an fMRI study,
2X2 factorial design(1 2 by A B), 2 groups (Control10 and Patient11) with 4
conditions:
1A 2A 1B 2B
I would like to look at:
(1A >1B)>(2A>2B)
1) Would it be appropriate to run the (1A-1B)-(2A-2B)= 1A-1B-2A+2B) on each
subject and compare the groups in a random Effects analysis?
2) Would it be reasonable to create two con.img for each subject (1A >1B) and
another for (2A>2B). Then in a one way Anova feed in the first con.img for each
subject (2 groups) then EXPLICITY MASK IMAGES =YES and enter the 21 2nd con.img
Compare the groups [1 -1] or [-11]
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks you for your time.
Maria
