Hi Anson
This is what I would do, if I have understood your question correctly.
Write out the spmT*.img at the threshold you want. Then open this in
MRIcro. You can then edit the image using the MRIcro tools until you get
the ROI that you want from a particular cluster. Then choose export
analyze to ROI in the MRIcro tools. This ROI will then be in exactly
the same place/space as your spmT*.img cluster as you want.
