Dear SPMers,
in SPM5b (running on a Windows PC, Matlab 7.0.0) I am trying to reorient structural T1-weighted non-normalised images (in Analyze *.hdr/*.img/*.mat - format) to the AC-PC position.
When I change image orientation by entering the appropriate numbers in right/forward/up and pitch/roll/yaw, the image is displayed in the new position as it should. However, when I use 'reorient images' to save these changes, this works only for the pitch/roll/yaw changes, but not for the right/forward/up changes. In the latter case, after trying to use the "reorient images..." function the image is displayed unchanged, just as it was before entering the changes in right/forward/up. Thus, I do not succeed to reorient them in AC-PC-direction. No error message appears in Matlab.
When I reorient the same images using SPM2, this problem does not occur.
Besides, after reorienting an image to the AC-PC-position using SPM2, when viewing it in SPM5b it is not any more in AC-PC-position but the crosshair is above the AC-PC-line.
I'd be very grateful for any help with this little problem.
Many thanks in advance
Nicolas
