Dear SPM users,
In our web page at http://www.cyceron.fr/freeware/ there are two versions
of the AAL software: one for spm99 and the other for spm2. Running the spm2
version of AAL with a result file generated with spm99 will produce the
errors message that Owen reported. We use the spm2 version of aal since 2
years and have no problems with this.
Best regards

Hi Owen,
I have modified the codes of AAL and it works fine with SPM2. If you are
interested to have a copy (~300KB), I can send it to you by email. I added a
function to the program that you can obtain the anatomical labels directly
from the SPM results window without choosing SPM.mat again.
best....savio
