Hi Owen,
I have modified the codes of AAL and it works fine with SPM2. If you are
interested to have a copy (~300KB), I can send it to you by email. I added a
function to the program that you can obtain the anatomical labels directly from
the SPM results window without choosing SPM.mat again.
