Hi James,
I have been doing some of this by using the FSL tools avwsplit and
avwmerge to split dynamic PET images into separate volumes and then
recombine after processing with SPM2. I use the realign routines for
motion correction. I also use a weighted mean image to generate the
normalization parameters which can then be applied to all the volumes.
