It shouldn't be a serious problem. If your images are not in exact register
(i.e., the orientations in the headers are not absolutely identical), then
ImCalc will take this into consideration. The fact that they are not exactly
identical could suggest that you have done some reorienting of some kind to
one of the images (e.g. realigned it etc). If the orientations are way off
(use Check Reg), then this could indicate that you have entered data that are
