Hi Susana,
You need to construct the con*.images in SPM2.
Just run the GLMs again using the smoothed, normalized images from SPM99
and construct the con* images in SPM2. (Let me know if you need batch
files for this).
Be sure about the the righ-left flipping and set the default switch
accordingly. Other than that it works fine. (You can compare your previous
RFX results with the new RFX results to make sure you got the left-right
flipping correctly).
Then you can use the PPI buttons.
