Dear SPM Users,
I scanned several subjects on an Fusiform Face Area localizer task with
setting of TE=30 TR=2 slices#=36 3mm thickness .99mm gap and got
relatively good activation, then I changed the setting to
TE = 35 and slices#=33, and those subjects basically have no brain
activation?
Does any one have any idea why this would happen?
Perhaps I have to specify the number of slices per brain volume in
SPM.mat?
At TE=35 I should get better contrast than at TE=30 with my scanner, so it
seems like the number of slices is probably at fault here.
Should I modify my SPM analysis somehow?
Thanks,
Marsha
