The trick is that you do not have to specify this! First, when SPM asks
'select basis set' choose the hrf and then for the sessions just writte
the duration (eg 10 scans or 24 sec) for the question 'duration' and you
get a box-car (as written 0 = event, i.e. just the hrf)
