You can derive a measure of pitch from the affine transforms that are stored
in the sn.mat file, although the answer that you get will depend on how you
parameterise the operations. If pitch is parameterised before roll and yaw,
then it is different to the one derived from a parameterisation with roll and
yaw applied before pitch. Whether zooms and shears are applied before or
after will also make a difference. There is also a component of the shears
that may be partially explained by pitch.
