Dear Laura,
> "duration [s] (event = 0)", what is exactly this duration?...
In the case of a block design, this should be the number of volumes
acquired during your block. For example, if
- your vector of onset is say [0 10 20 30 ...]
- duration is [5]
each block has 5 volumes (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20, 21,
22, 23, 24,...).
>Because varying it, the activation map changes a lot.
Hopefully...
Hope this helps,
Mauro.
