MRI Research Associate/Assistant. sought to facilitate the collection
and analysis of MRI/fMRI data. Educational level is open (min. BA/BS),
but the right individual for this position will have experience with
fMRI experimental design and statistical analyses and a willingness to
facilitate a wide variety of research projects. Strong computing skills
(UNIX batch, C/C++, and/or Matlab) are required. Familiarity with
image analysis and/or signal processing techniques is highly
advantageous, and working knowledge of one or more conventional
neuroimaging data analysis packages (e.g., FSL, AFNI, SPM) is
recommended though not required. This person will: 1) consult with
individual investigators on study design and data analysis on an
as-needed basis, 2) assist in the development of custom software for
image analysis as needs arise, and 3) be trained assist with running
our Siemen’s 3T research-dedicated scanner.
