These seem like basic questions, but I would greatly appreciate some help
regarding simple and multiple regression analyses in SPM99. The context is
as follows: I have a group of 10 subjects run on an event-related response
inhibition task where the contrast of interest is nogo > go, with p < .005
and k = 25. I also have a symptom of interest (called A) and a nuisance
variable I wish to control for (called B).
I ran a simple regression to determine what brain regions are associated
with A. I then ran a multiple regression to determine what regions were
associated with A after controlling for B.
What I would like to learn is:
(1) how to obtain the mean signal value for each subject in a specific VOI
(clusters) in the simple regression and the multiple regression maps;
(2) how to obtain the actual correlation coefficient and p-value for the VOI
in the simple regression and the multiple regression maps.
