If you display your imported ROIs using the View facility, the center
(or centre) of mass is listed in the panel to the right of the axial
view, when you select the ROI. You can also get it from the comand
line:

Er - I'm not quite sure what you mean here, but you can combine ROIs -
for example make a box defining an area you are interested in, then
make an activation cluster ROI, and then combine the two to get
activated voxels within the box. The tutorlal covers this in detail:
