Dear SPMers,
I work in a computer with SuSE Linux , Matlab (v.6.5) and SPM2.
When I want to look at the results, I click "Volume" in the left panel, and I observe an usually table of values at the voxel-level (p corrected, and uncorrected, t and z values), nevertheless some P-values in the cluster-level set are displayed as NaN.
Does anyone help me about the mode of obtaining these p values?
What do these NaN values mean?
Thanks for any help,
Pilar
