Dear all,
We have performed a block-design fMRI experiment on 6 subjects. This
experiment was replicated 4 times (in different weeks) on the same subjects.
We have computed our t-contrast of interest (1 0) for the 6 subjects in
the 4 fMRI sessions. By this way, we have obtained 24 con files.
Now, we would like to perform a RFX analysis.
However, if we use the 24 con files, a subject scanned 4 times in 4
different days will be considered as 4 subjects.
If we perform one t-test per subject on a matrix including the 4 sessions
and then use the 6 resulting con files, we do not take into account the
inter-session variability.
What is the correct way to proceed?
Thanks for your help
