Hi,
may be I use a wrong forum but I will try:
I wonder if it is possible to register data from single voxel spectroscopy and spectroscopic imaging to an anatomic scan in order to check matching between different sessions or to compute the amount of grey matter in the voxel for correction.
Is it possible to get data about the exact borders of the voxel within which the spectroscopic curve is measured?
During the measurement planning I can see the size of the voxel, coordinates of its isocenter, an angle in one direction. Could I use this information to create for example a region of interest or a mask of the "active" voxel? Or any other way?
Thank you
