Dear Hidenori, List,
You might want to use the attached function, type 'help t2z_img' at the
command line for help on how to use it. It converts the spmT*.img images SPM
creates for your contrast of choice to Z-images, you only have to supply the
degrees of freedom. I usually use this function to create Z-maps. You can
then use MRIcro (www.mricro.com) to make overlays with colorbars, or many
other tools.
For a start, try t2z_img([],DF), where DF is your degrees of freedom, it will
then prompt for the T-images to convert.
