To those who might be interested:
TSU is a nice tool for the anatomically challenged
because it visualizes significant clusters given by SPM
by overlaying it on the images scanned from the T&T atlas.
The MNI to T&T coordinate correction was already
given consideration within the old version.
It is available over the SPM extension site, yet works only
with SPM99.
I found it not too hard to adapt TSU to spm2.
Quick fix:
Only one file has to be overwritten with a new version
(ihb_GetClusters.m), which I attached.
Please let me know if you encounter any bugs.
