Some weeks ago I already posted a question on the reference slice used for
data acquired "interleaved": actually I am not sure if I have to enter 10
(middle in time) or 19 (middle in space/order) as reference slice if I have
acquired 20 slices and if I want to use the middle slice as reference slice.
I had two answers, but unfortunately they were contradictory, i.e. one said
19 and the other said 10.
As I have to change the defaults.stats.fmri.t0 in the model specifications
if I use the middle slice (with 16 bins in total I have to enter 8 when
using the the middle slice)it seems not to be unimportant which slice I
enter during the slice timing procedure!?
A related question: Is it better to adapt the "Number of Bins/TR" (which is
16 par default) to the number of slices I have acquired, for example to
set "Number of Bins/TR" to 20 if I have acquired 20 slices?
I hope to get more consistent answers this time ;-)
