Julia,
You can use the VOI tool to get the (globally normalised) repsonses in a
sphere or box of specified size and also from clusters. The responses
are stored in the Matlab vector Y.
To extract the course for one voxel use a box of size [0 0 0].
There will be way of extracting the actual image intensity value from a
voxel in an image using the spm_*.m files but I don't know any quick way.
