Did you have the environment variable AFNI_ANALYZE_ORIGINATOR
set to YES in your environment? If this variable is set to YES, AFNI writes
the SPM-compatible ORIGINATOR field to the Analyze header.
Orientations should already be compatible, although I don't know how SPM
will
treat it if you try to use this ROI with data files that have
accompanying .mat
files. One of these SPM experts can prolly fill you in on that.
