Hello again!
my problem while defining a VOI is not solved yet...
maybe I describe in detail what i have done:
I am trying to process a VOI analysis in a single subject. I go to a
coordinate that I am interested in and press the VOI button. then I give it
a name, a shpere and radius and I don't adjust (it gives me the same error
message if I adjust or not...)
After this the following error message occurs:
SPM2: spm_getSPM (v2.51) 10:42:09 - 02/06/2005

I tried to look up s.th. similar in the archives but I realise that I'm
only guessing what could have gone wrong...
... maybe it has to do s.th. with the fact that I chose a smoothing kernel
of 4mm FWHM after nomalizing the images with a voxel size 2x2x2 !?
I thought this might be the problem because I can do a VOI analysis with
the same contrast, subject etc. except that previously I chose a voxel size
of 3x3x3 in the normalization step and smoothed with 8mm.
As you see I'm not getting further - so please comment on this if you have
an idea!
Thanx in advance,
Verena Vorhold
