Dear John/All,
We encounterd a problem today we would like to alert you to
running an ANCOVA with several nuisance covariates in SPM2.
We got the following error message:
??? Error using ==> image
Image Cdata can not be complex.
Error in ==> s:\spm2\spm_DesRep.m
On line 622 ==> hDesMtxIm = image((varargin{2}.nKX + 1)*32);
??? Error while evaluating uimenu Callback.
??? Error using ==> image
Image Cdata can not be complex. Etc etc ...
When we clicked 'no' instead of 'yes' for non-sphericity correction we no
longer had this problem and were able to successfully analyse the contrast
under investigation.
We presume there was negative covariance producing the concerned complex
numbers?
Can the non-sphericity scripts be modified to deal with the presence of
complex numbers on the rare occasions they are generated?
Kind Regards
Dominic Marjoram
