I have put (what I think is) a fixed version of spm_sn2def.m in the
spm2_updates directory. Note that this file should go into the
toolbox\Deformations subdirectory.
I think the problem arose because multiple templates were used for spatial
normalisation. I hadn't tested the deformations toolbox with such examples.
