Hello,
I had some trouble converting Philips .ANI files to Analyze using the SPM2 DICOM toolbox. The trouble turned out to be a date header element formatted as "2005.01.20". strread'ing this into three integers doesn't work due to the decimal point separator.
This can easily be fixed by adding "dat = strrep(dat,'.',' ');" before "[y,m,d] = strread(dat,'%4d%2d%2d');" (line 132) in spm_dicom_headers.m.
Hope this can help others,
Peter Clerinx.
