Dear John,
Thanks for your reply.
I finally found the problem. I didn't hit the little bar before moving
the origin. The crosshair was not really at the position as it displayed
on the screen. Therefore, when I moved the 'fake' crosshair to the AC,
the real crosshair was moved to somewhere else. I think this is too
confusing.

I haven't been able to replicate this problem using Revision 168 of
SPM5b. I
imported some DICOM images, and moved the origin, and the crosshair goes
to
the correct place after I have reoriented the images and hit the little
bar.
I'll see if anyone else out there can replicate the same problem or shed
some
light on what may be happening.
All the best,
-John
