Dear John,
I tried what you've said. I set the Crosshair Position at the
coordinates where the new origin is after the reorientation. However, it
still moves to somewhere else other than the AC. It seems that either
the coordinates of the new origin are incorrect, or the Crosshair
doesn't display correctly.
Ps. I used Dicom import function in SPM5b to covert the images, however
if the images were converted using SPM2 and reoriented in SPM5b, the
Crosshair displays correctly using the coordinates of the new origin.
Thanks
shan

I think I know the source of this "problem". Now in SPM5b, when an
image is
displayed, the crosshairs automatically move to the centre of the volume
(it
was a request). When an image is reoriented, it is re-displayed, so
you'll
see the crosshairs moving position. Try hitting the bar below where it
says
"Crosshair Position". This should move the crosshairs to where you want
them.
Best regards,
-John
