Hi, J-B:
There seems to be a problem with the dataset--the img file is missing
more than half
of the data, and there is no .mat file, which you refer to at your link.
We were able to fill out the dataset with zeros, and I used a .mat file
from the
contest anatomy (since all 15 were identical). I applied my transformation
to the data exactly as I did to the contest data. Luckily, the half of
the data we
had was the right half, and I found the vitamin E capsule just adjacent to
the right ear.
In other words, if this data was taken exactly like the contest data,
the L-R
orientation seems to be backwards from what you told me about fiac3
in private e-mail. If it was not identical to the contest data, we need the
mat file to apply to the WhereIsRight data.
Thanks for your help!
