Hi Mike,
Sure, it should work on con* images as well. Actually t-statistic images
you find in your directory (spmT_*) are unthresholded images too. In the
glass brain, SPM thresholds a t-image and displays only the above-threshold
voxels. So yes, if the script works for a t-statistic image, then it should
work on contrast images too.
