dear cristina and all,
I got the error message that the images do not all have the same orientation and voxel size when I try to compare the nomalized images and their fliped images even after I follow John Ashburner's instruction:
1) Make a copy of one of your spatially normalised images.
2) Use the Display button to flip all the other images:
a) Set x zoom to -1
b) Click the Reorient Images button, and select these images.
3) Reslice all your flipped spatially normalised images to match the saved unflipped image, using either the Coregister or Realign buttons (reslice only).
4) Delete the .mat files created by Display.
I think there should be some problem that was ignored, but what's that?
I used Realign button in step 3 because when I used Coregister button, I could only reslice 1 subject at one time and when number of subject is more than one, it could not work.
Thank you very much for your help.
