Hello SPMers,
I know this issue has been discussed before, but:
Before I read much of the discussion on this topic, I decided to
reorient my images using the display function. I did not realize that
this was unnecessary or that by doing so, I was changing the target
image's "world space." First, I realigned all my functional data, and
then BEFORE coregistration, I would change the orientation of my T1 to
the AC. I then coregistered all my functional data to the newly
reoriented T1. I followed by normalizign and smoothing.
So the question is, should I go back and do preprocessing over
without reorienting, or does the coregistration fix the world space
problem?
Thank you for any advice!
