Yes, there is a way to get the 1st eigenvector, and median, and
weighted mean - see the options menu. If you want to add your own
summary function for the data, you could do it in the
@marsy/private/pr_sum_func.m function:

Alternatively you could just do it yourself, as the data from the ROIs
is currently always stored in the marsy object: e.g.
D = mardo('SPM.mat');
R = maroi('my_roi.mat');
Y = get_marsy(R, D, 'mean');
rd = region_data(Y, 1);
max_rd = max(rd{1}, [], 2);
