You need to set up the model in the usual way (eg. two sample
t-test/ANOVA with 2 groups options) and press estimate.
This will use a classical maximum likelihood (or, rather,
Restricted Maximum Likelihood (ReML)) estimation algorithm.
After this has finished, then press the Bayesian button.
