where is the difference between the

'c' is the contrast value at each voxel - the contrast vector
times the regression coefficients. An image of c's is contained in
the con_0003.img file. The associated t statistic is
then
t=c/std(c)
where std(c) is the standard deviation of c ie. the effect size
divided by the error in estimating it. The t-statistic image
is contained in SPMT_0003.img
