Dear James,
you might want to have a look at the SPM Anatomy toolbox, which integrates probabilistic cytoarchitectonic maps into the SPM software environment (SPM99 and SPM2).
The software, including all published probabilistic maps can be obtained from:
http://www.fz-juelich.de/ime/spm_anatomy_toolbox
When new cytoarchitectonic areas get available, they will instantaniously be added to the software package and the update will be announced via the SPM mailing list.
The conceptual backgrounds of the integration of architectonic and functional data are described in the following paper, which is currently in press at NeuroImage:
