Thanks for the reply! No, I was just wondering which implementation of
Global Null corresponds to the one described in the Friston et
al "Conjunction Revisited" paper.
My reason for asking is that data sets were analysed last year using both
the Conjunction Null and Global Null. I recently discovered your updated
software with the bug fix for the Global Null. So I was trying to determine
if it was necessary to redo my Conjunction Null analyses along with
Globals. Anyway, I'll do them all again with the latest software (i.e.,
spm_getSPM.m & spm_uc_FDR.m) just to be on the safe side.
After reading other recent posts on conjunctions, my understanding is that
it's "inappropriate" to apply the standard FDR correction (apparent in the
SPM2 GUI) in the case of conjunctions. In this context, is multiFDR is the
optimal approach or will FWE suffice??
