Hi Markos
Thank you for the information. I have had a look at the website that was suggested (http://www.irc.cchmc.org/ped_brain_templates.htm) and it seems that there are no EPI templates available. Is this correct. Also I was wondering if I can use your conversion command in Windows.
Thanks in advance
Catherine

Dear Lester, Carlos, All,
thanks for jumping in on this one so fast.

This is true. I posted the conversion command for ana2minc a while ago,
after I got it going on my PC. Let me know if you're interested. While
you can specify any analyze image for use as a template in spm2,
handedness, of course, is the issue.
There *may* be an updated version at some point in late 2005 or 2006 but
this depends on a number of factors, not all of which are under my
control (but then again, are they ever?). If it does happen, I will let
you know,
best,
Marko
