Dear Maria,
It seems that something has changed in the table management in spm_list.
Please past this bit of code :
%-Table data
%-----------------------------------------------------------------------
fprintf('mni2tal([')
for i = 1:size(TabDat.dat,1)
fprintf(TabDat.fmt{11},TabDat.dat{i,11})
fprintf(';')
end
fprintf('\b')
fprintf('])')
fprintf('\n')
in place of :
%-Table data
%-----------------------------------------------------------------------
fprintf('mni2tal([')
for i = 1:size(TabDat.dat,1)
for j=c:size(TabDat.dat,2)
fprintf(TabDat.fmt{j},TabDat.dat{i,j})
% fprintf('\t')
end
fprintf(';')
end
fprintf('\b')
fprintf('])')
fprintf('\n')
And this should work !
