Hi,
One thing we like to do is to look at the gray and white matter histograms
of the segmented images. You would want to have about the same number of
voxels classified as gray and white matter, and you want the overlap between
the histograms to be low. Unsatisfactory segmentations are often easy to
flag this way, especially if you are doing a lot of images at a time.

Subject: [SPM] VBM segmentation quality
Dear VBMers
Is there another way to check the quality of segmented and modulated
images than my non-expert eyes? :-)
Or even with my non-expert eyes, are there some regions to check more
than others?
All advices, comments ... are welcome
Cyril
