dear all,
i had posted this message a few days back , but i haven't heard
anything . i would be very grateful for any suggestions/help!
i am facing a problem with some of the contrasts at the group analysis stage.
everything up to the estimation runs fine, but when i click the
'volume' button, i get a series of warning messages in the matlab
window that says.
Warning: Returning NaN for out of range arguments
> In /app/spm2/spm_Pcdf.m at line 84
In /app/spm2/spm_P_RF.m at line 102
In /app/spm2/spm_P.m at line 44
In /app/spm2/spm_list.m at line 453
some of the entries on the D-corrected column at the cluster level shows NaN.
i was wondering what exactly this means and if there is a way to get round this.
two possibly relevant values from my data to solving this problem ( as
gleaned from stefan kiebel's mail to the spm mailing list,13 jan 2005)
, are as follows.
>> SPM.xVol.R
ans =
1.0e+07 *
0.0000 0.0001 0.0214 1.1609
>> SPM.xVol.S
ans =
224861
i would be very grateful for any suggestion/help!!
many thanks,
bhisma
