Dear all,
This is a follow-up to my earlier e-mail and the response from Jan Glascher
(thanks, Jan!):
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind0503&L=spm&P=R2196&I=-1
So I have a 2x3 design for each subject: A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3.
As advised, I created a simple [1] contrast for each condition for each
subject.
Now I am doing a within subject ANOVA and want to test the main effects of
codition A-B, level (1-2-3), and the interaction. It is possible to do this
in the ANOVA? Jan was saying that, at the first (individual subject) level,
I would not be able to do it because there is an odd number of conditions
for the level (1,2,3). Is it still true at the second level if I modeled
each condition separately? Is it possible to do a repeated measures ANOVA
like this at the second level?
Thank you,
Martin
