Hi Christian, Marco,
Thanks Marco for a very clear example of setting up parametric modulators
in batch mode. However, the specific question that Christian asked was about:
> SPM.Sess(1).U(1).P(1).i = [1 2]
According to the notes in "help spm_fMRI_design" this stores "sub-indices
of U(i).u for plotting". As Marco's example shows, this is not necessary
for running an analysis with parametric modulators. These indices are used
in "spm_graph" for plotting "parametric responses". However, I've not come
across this being used in practice.
Can anyone describe how to use this option and what the output of spm_graph
would look like when using it?
thanks,
matt
