dear stefan and spm experts,
i have been facing the same problem as kosha ( message you replied to on
13jan 2005)- though in my case the session does not crash with an error
message. i see a series of warnings that say 'Returning NaN for out of range
arguments',when i press 'volume' for a group analysis.
i followed your advice and here are the two values you had asked for.i am
using the latest version of spm_est_smoothness.m ( 11th jan 2005 , from the
SPM website)
>>SPM.xVol.R
returns
1.0e+09
0.0000 0.0000 0.0048 1.2201
>>SPM.xVol.S
returns
229987
i would be very grateful for any help/suggestion!
many thanks,
bhisma
