Hi Keith, List,
when spm99 is in your path, type 'edit spm_bch.man', that will load the manual of spm99's own batch system.
Cheers,
Bas

Onderwerp: [SPM] batch contasts SPM99
We are revisiting an older data set to address some reviewer concerns for an article in submission.
We would like to run about 6 additional contrasts to address these concerns and I would much prefer to batch the process as there are 16 subjects. I know how this is done in SPM2, but that method does not seem to work as is in SPM99. So I was wondering if someone could point me to a similar mechanism for SPM99.
Thanks in advance...
Keith
